About This Opportunity
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for CBRF Medication Aides, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application.
Applicants must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, which may include:
- 6 am to 2:30 pm
- 2 pm to 10:30 pm
- 11 pm to 7 am
As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

What You'll Do:
- Administer medications in accordance with CBRF regulations.
- Accurately document medication administration, monitor residents for changes in condition, and report concerns.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and leadership teams.
What You'll Need:
- Active CBRF Certificate
- At least 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience
