What You'll Do as a Dietary Manager:

Oversee daily dietary operations within the community
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals in accordance with resident needs and preferences
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
Supervise and support dietary staff, including scheduling and training
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet residents’ dietary requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment

What You'll Need: 

Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year of dietary experience in a long-term care setting
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Passion for providing excellent service and care
