What You'll Do as a Dietary Manager:
- Oversee daily dietary operations within the community
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals in accordance with resident needs and preferences
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Supervise and support dietary staff, including scheduling and training
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet residents’ dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of dietary experience in a long-term care setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Passion for providing excellent service and care
