What You'll Do

Lead resident-centered experiences, creating upbeat, meaningful programs that support physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual wellness
Coordinate daily offerings, including everyday activities, themed events, and group gatherings
Support individual engagement by motivating residents to participate and tailoring activities to personal abilities and preferences
Build community energy and cultivate an inviting, vibrant environment where everyone feels welcome
Bring creativity to celebrations, designing engaging ways to honor holidays, birthdays, and milestones
Maintain open, consistent communication with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assisted living environment and/or 1 year of experience in an activities role
Experience planning and leading activities or events preferred
