What You'll Do

  • Lead resident-centered experiences, creating upbeat, meaningful programs that support physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual wellness
  • Coordinate daily offerings, including everyday activities, themed events, and group gatherings
  • Support individual engagement by motivating residents to participate and tailoring activities to personal abilities and preferences
  • Build community energy and cultivate an inviting, vibrant environment where everyone feels welcome
  • Bring creativity to celebrations, designing engaging ways to honor holidays, birthdays, and milestones
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assisted living environment and/or 1 year of experience in an activities role
  • Experience planning and leading activities or events preferred
